Santa can't reveal his true identity of course, but he's well known to the team at Express CIC. We can assure you he is DBS checked (enhanced), has worked with us closely over the years and most importantly is a whole lot of fun!
ABSOLUTELY! We're determined this experience will be as inclusive as possible. Santa wants every child to enjoy their time with him as much as possible, so please share any information you can to enable us to make that happen. We take safeguarding incredibly seriously. When you book your online experience you will be asked to confirm that a parent or guardian will be online at all times. If at any point during the experience this isn't the case then the experience will be terminated. Santa is DBS checked and follows the same strict procedures and guidelines for all volunteers working with Express CIC.
Yes :) Each slot is limited to ten minutes, but Santa will ensure he spends time with each child. If there are more than three children, we recommend you book two adjacent slots and make a note on your booking form.
Please follow the link in your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel your slot. Cancelling will ensure we can offer the slot to another family. In the unlikely event that we are forced to cancel or change your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. internet outage), we will contact you as soon as possible and will endeavour to arrange a replacement slot.
You will be sent a unique link to a private YouTube page with your video. Only people with the link can access this page. We can also send you a downloadable version of your video on request. The YouTube link will be live for three months, after which time it will be deleted.
For the personalised video experience, information is stored on Express CIC's email service. It will be held for fourteen days after the completion of your video incase of any queries, after which time it will be deleted.
Absolutely. While we recommend booking a video for each child to ensure they are as tailored as possible, Santa will happily include more than one - simply let us know when you make your booking.
